Minimum Order: There is no minimum order, but any order under $25 will be charged an additional $5.00 handling fee.

Shipping Charges: Standard service is UPS ground. There is a minimum $8.00 standard shipping and handling charge on all orders. If UPS ground charge exceeds $8.00, you will be billed the actual UPS rate. We will contact you via email to confirm shipping charge if over $8.00. Any other type of shipping service will be billed actual cost.

Consignee shipping and Freight Collect orders over $25.00 will have no charges added.

Sales Tax: Sales shipped within New York State will be subject to local and state sales taxes unless a Tax Exempt Certificate is provided.

Calculated Total: The total amount shown on your web invoice may be different from your actual total due to sales taxes, special shipping instructions, or other reason. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if there is a difference in the total. We will not ship until we confirm the total with you.

Pricing: All pricing is subject to change without notice. Please note that quantity pricing is available on most items. For a quote, place an on-line charge order and type "QUOTE" in the Purchase Order Number field.

Stock: We stock what is listed in our inventory database. This is however, subject to change and availability. If for some reason we have to backorder any items, we will contact you immediately. You can then decide if you would like to wait for the item(s) or cancel. We will not charge your credit card for any items not shipped!

Returns: Items purchased from Unicorn Electronics, Inc. may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Original receipt or invoice is required. Merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Opened items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must include all packaging, documents, and accessories. Open software, processors, and cut wire are not returnable. All items are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty.

Privacy: Any information you submit to us is for our own use only. We will not divulge or sell any information to other parties.

International Orders: We do not handle international orders online.
